Dear colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference. Namely, during past 10 years with
PerfectMeetings.hr we have organized five (5) consecutive conferences ‘’From Solid State to
BioPhysics I-V’’ (http://dubrovnik2010.epfl.ch) in hotel ‘Croatia’ in Cavtat and our experience is
very positive, actually so much so, that we recommend our ‘’formula’’ to all of you. In our
conferences the participants’ registrations (bookings and all local requests) are handled by
PerfectMeetings.hr (http://www.perfectmeetings.hr) and the registration fees are paid by participants
into PerfectMeetings account. On the spot we run the whole conference from that account
(receptions, evening gatherings, conference dinner, excursion, various local costs) and use the
external funding (like international grants) mainly to handle invited speakers or special costs. At the
end of the conference we just compare the entries and the costs and balance the overall budget
within a day or two. PerfectMeetings can surely give you additional information (nina.dumancic@perfectmeetings.hr), especially as they organize meetings everywhere in Croatia.
After 5 conferences I do confirm our ‘formula’ works and therefore is strongly recommended.
